About
Feeling trapped, unable to express yourself, powerless to control your own emotions? Are you alone or isolated? I can help you to break free from the constraints of anxiety and depression and take control of your own life’s course. Therapy will help you to learn about how your past impacts your experience of the present.
Our work will focus on empowering you to re-author your past in order to map a happier, more emotionally satisfying present/future. This work can help you balance your emotions and chart a course through sad, anxious, or angry periods and build positive relationships with those most important to you as well as with the larger community.

I’m a native New Yorker and committed to serving my community. I earned a Masters of Divinity (MDiv) from Union Theological Seminary at Columbia (2009) and a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (2012). At Union I focused on Interfaith Relationships. At Hunter I studied Clinical Work with Individuals and Families. I continue to hone and develop my clinical skills through ongoing training (art therapy, etc.).

Just like the phases of the moon, our lives can and do change.
